1. How do I register for one of your classes?
Payment for all workshops are made in full. We have a first come, first served registration process. We limit the number of students in our classes, especially during the pandemic, therefore it is important to reigster early for guaranteed placement, Classes are filled in the order of payments received. You may do so by registering online with our secure PayPal account. We except Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. A Class Act Studios representative would be happy to help you register you or your child by emailing us info@classactstudios.com. We also accept payments by Venmo, (purple star logo)
In an emergency, if you are unable to attend a class, there will be one make-up class available to you and this would need to be scheduled in advance by the director.
Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before workshops begin, will be given a 40% refund. No refund will be given less than three weeks before, or anytime after the start of our workshop. (This is necessary to keep our small class size).
The average number of students vary, depending on the type of workshop you are enrolled in, however most classes have approximately 10 students.
Yes, we offer our alumni special discounts which are periodically sent by email and we offer a "join with a friend" discount of 10% of the combined tuition for new students.
Class Act has been known to help launch the careers of many actors. Our management company, Tannen's Talent, will reach out if there seems to be interest in any of our students. Videos of our workshops are monitored frequently by the talent reps. Although there is no guarantee for agency representation, many students have been signed to Tannen's and are now successfully active in pursuing their careers.
We frequently offer talent/agent workshops with some of the best NYC talent agents coaching our students. Our showcases have proven quite successful and have resulted in many children, teens & adults who are now signed with these agencies.

Auditing classes are not permitted. We strongly recommend you sign up in advance for guaranteed placement in any of our workshops. Participation in our programs is only available to registered students. This is necessary to keep our small class size.

3. What if I miss some classes?

Gift certificates are non-refundable. Private lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee.
